Here's a quick one for you. I just discovered you can share a circle of people you follow on google+ to any group of people (another circle, a friend, or even the general public). That's the beautiful flexibility of google plus.
Log in to your plus account and navigate to your circles. From within the circles page, find the particular circle you wish to share and click on it (no dragging, just a single click). The circle will expose links for you to share or edit or delete like below:
Click on the share link and select sharing options and viola! you are done.
